The Editorial Team of the Indonesian Journal of Health Information Management Services (IJHIMS) would like to inform all authors and contributors that no payment is required at any stage before a manuscript is officially accepted for publication.

Authors are strongly advised not to make any payments to the IJHIMS account unless they have received an official notification of acceptance and a formal payment request from the editorial team. Any unauthorized payment made outside of this procedure is beyond the responsibility of the journal.

In addition, please be informed that IJHIMS is a community service (pengabdian) journal, focusing on the dissemination of outcomes related to community engagement and service activities, not a research-based journal.
